Jake Dances His Way to a 20

Ok . . . I will admit that this is the first time that I have watched an episode of Dancing With The Stars. I decided to watch this season when I found out that Nicole Scherzinger, Kate Gosselin and Jake Pavelka would be joining the DWTS Cast.

Will is be a Pussycat Doll, The Bachelor or the most talked about TLC Star that makes it further?

It was a great 2 hr premiere filled with amazing talent and here's my breakdown on Jake's performance.

Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower danced the Vietnamese Waltz to Seal's Kiss From A Rose.

When Chelsie meets him for the first time, Jake, in true bachelor form, hands Chelsie a rose. His reasoning... that he's started every great relationship with a rose. I'm hoping that Vienna didn't get too jealous.

Practicing his dance moves didn't go as smoothly. It took him a while to learn the steps and at one point he feels that he's never going to get it.

The judges were clearly impressed with his moves on the dance floor. Their advice was to take it easy during the waltz and to better hold his posture.

And yes, Vienna  was definitely front and centre cheering her fiancé on with Gia Allemand beside her.

Was it her way of telling us that she's capable of making friends. I still need convincing.

His final score . . . 20 out of 30. Not bad but I'm still not convinced that he's able to win. My pick is still Nicole.
